Children
Double room can accommodate infants up to 2 years old. For infants 0-2 years old, no extra cost will be charged and a baby cot will be provided in the room.
Suites can accommodate children 0-12 years old. For infants 0-2 years old, no extra cost will be charged and a baby cot will be provided in the room. For children 2-12 years old, no extra cost will be charged from Nov until Feb, thus from Mar until Oct an extra cost of 15 euros / children will be charged.
For children over 12 years old, rates policy for an extra adult guest in the suites is applied.

Pets
Τhe hotel will ask for the details of your credit card as a guarantee. A credit card charge / deposit / cash of 50 euros is required as a quarantee for the possible damages. This will be refunded in case of no damage. In case of a cash deposit, our team must inspect the room before cash is returned.

Payment policy
– Credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
– The reservation must be totally paid 7 days before arrival.
– All remaining balances should be settled upon departure.

 Flexible Rate-Cancellation policy 1
– Confirmation of reservation requires the customer’s credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation or a deposit of the total amount of the stay (100%).
– The customer can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before arrival and no fees will be applied.
– In case of cancellation beyond 7 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay is charged to the customer and  no refund will be issued.

 Non Refundable Rate-Cancellation policy 2
This rate is available only on a non-refundable basis. Prepayment: The total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Kindly note that no refund is applied in case of a last minute cancellation or non-show in both policies.
