Hospitality values
Monsieur Didot envisions a hospitality accompanied by values for his guests.
He wishes to offer them a genuine living experience rather than the necessity of a simple stay and focuses on human beings and their requirements. He is influenced by the neighbourhood’s dynamism and its culture and he respects the environment and cares for its protection. He invests only in what is truly authentic.

The Neighbourhood
One of Monsieur Didot’s greatest assets is its location. The house has the privilege of being located at the border of two extremely different yet genuinely characteristic districts of modern Athens.
Kolonaki, an aristocratic district on the one side and Exarchia, a vibrant, hip and alternative area of the city on the other. Monsieur Didot’s DNA encompasses cultural and philosophical elements from both of these districts, beautifully combined to create a unifying and harmonious entity.

The vision
Natalia and Margarita are two inseparable friends who see in Monsieur Didot their youthful dream coming to life. They have allowed the narrative to develop from deep within and let it to become a fundamental part of their being. The lives of Natalia and Margarita and the story of Monsieur Didot are now so deeply intertwined that his existence as a fictitious character is often put into question.
Hosting them in his incredible house and in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Athens, this gentleman has become a tireless teacher in the art of hospitality and the appreciation of fundamental values: aesthetics, culture, humanity, care, protection and environment. For all of this, we owe so many thanks, our precious Monsieur Didot!
